Abstract: This paper reports the reproduction of the giant pandas at Wuyipeng Study Areas，Wolong Natural Reserve from 1978 to 1992．The results showed that wild female pandas came to estrus at the age of 6.5 years and gave birth at 7.5 years，stopped giving birth about 20 years．Wild male pandas came to estrus at 7.5 years and mated with female at age of 8.5 years,stopped mating still about 20 years.The annual reproductive rate of giant pandas was 62.5%，including 58.33% for the single fetus and 4.17% for the twin fetus.Since 86.4% of Bashania fangiana flowered and died off in 1983，so the estrus time of pandas had to be delayed almost one month in each year after 1983．The reason is perhaps that pandas got less trace element-Mn fron Bashania fangiana after flowering．

摘要： 本文分析了1978—1992年在卧龙自然保护区五一棚研究区内的野生大熊猫繁殖情况，结果表明：野生大熊猫雌体6.5岁初发情，7.5岁交配产仔，20岁繁殖基本停止；雄体7.5岁初发情，8.5岁能获交配权，20岁繁殖基本停止。年繁殖率为62.5%，其中单胞胎为58.33%，双胞胎为4.17%。此外，1983年冷箭竹开花枯死，延迟了大熊猫的发情期，这可能与竹子开花后大熊猫觅食行为改变及摄入影响繁殖的微量元素M_n 减少有关。
