绒山蝠小肠细胞超微结构的研究

Abstract: The ultrastructure of small interstine cell in the Nyctalus velutinus was observed with light and electron microscopy techniques.
The epithelium of the intestine villi contained the absorb cells,cup-shaped cells,cilia cells,internal secretion cells,non-differentiation cells and Paneth's cell.The connective
tissue of the small intestine contained the smooth muscle cells and acidophilie granulocyte.the lamina porpria of intestinal villi contained the serous cells.
Here,for the girst time,we have found many cilia cells on surface of small intestine of the N .velutinus.Many cilia and few microvillus were seen on the free surface of cilia cell.

摘要: 应用光镜和电镜,观察了绒山蝠小肠组织和细胞超微结构,首次报道了该动物小肠上皮分布有纤毛细胞。这种纤毛细胞,在其它动物小肠上还未发现,可能是绒山蝠对特殊食物一种适应性结构。
