大熊猫卵泡及卵母细胞发育的研究

Abstract: The authors have observed continuous section of 5 giant pandas ovaries, tested and analysed the developing and ripening course of follicle, oocyte and hyaline zona, and the relationship among them. 1. The giant pandas follicles and oocytes have didmous growth charcteristic like mammmals. During 6 growth periods, only a few superior follicles have been defined, others have become to be atresia follicles in different periods. In the oestrus period, the phenomenen of follicular atresia lutein cell and vesicular follicles happens frequently. 2.While the hyaline zona becomes low columnar cell to high columnar cell in the monolayer folliclecell, the zona is slow thickening by the growth with the development of follicles and oocytes. 3.Mature follicles in V1 period are not seen in two ovarian section at oestrus period. This indicates that not all the ova of a female giant are normal in her oestrus period.

摘要: 本文用5只大熊猫卵巢作了连续切片观察,测量分析了卵泡、卵母细胞和透明带的生长发育与成熟过程,以及它们之间的相互关系:(1)大熊猫卵泡及卵母细胞具哺乳类动物双向生长的共同特点,在生长过程中,仅有极少数优势卵泡被确定下来,其余卵泡均在不同时期成为闭锁卵泡,特别是发情期闭锁卵泡黄体化及囊肿现象居多。(2)透明带出现在单层卵泡细胞呈低柱状至柱状期,随着卵泡及卵母细胞的增长,透明带缓慢增厚。(3)在2只发情期的卵巢切片中,未见到成熟卵泡,表明大熊猫雌兽在一个发情期中不一定能排出正常的卵子。
