Abstract: This investigation reveals with the physiological effects of hypoxia in native species,plateau pika. Ochotona curzoniae and the first filial generation of rats imported to Xining, when they were maintained in hypobaric pressure chambers (at elevation of 5,000m) over the course of 24 days. The changements of characters in organismic、organ and blood alterations were observed.

摘要: 急性与慢性高原低氧对机体的影响及机体对低氧适应的机制,是素受关注的研究课题。以实验动物为对象,研究低氧对整体、细胞以及亚细胞水平的作用报告颇多(Asc-henbrenner等,1971;Hultgren and Grover,1968;Moret等,1972;Stickney andLiere,1953)。高原地区原产动物与土著人对高原环境的适应性研究报道,更令学者重视。本文以体重、内脏器官重量变化以及血液学改变为指标,研究低压舱模拟拔海5,000米低氧对本地区原产的哺乳运物——高原鼠兔(Ochotona curzoniae Hodgson)和实验动物大白鼠的影响,并与2,300米海拔时诸指标进行比较,以探讨其适应性差异所在。
