A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON BRANDT'S VOLE DISTRIBUTION REGION IN CHINA AND ITS RELATION TO VEGETATION AND WATER-TEMPERATURE CONDITION

Abstract

Abstract: Brandt's vole (Microtus brandti) distribution region in China and the relation between its distribution and vegetation, water-temperature condition are discussed in this paper. The results show that meadow vegetation restricts the vole spreading to east, and the main restriction factor of its spreading to west is water-temperature condition,
