Abstract: The karyotypes of seven species bats from Sichuan , China were examined (namely : Rhinolophus cornutus , Rhinolophus sinicus , Hipposideros armiger , Ia io , Pipistrellus abramus , Nyctalus velutinus , and Tadarida teniotis) . It is essentially identical to those previour reports about the karyotypes of Rhinolophus cornutus (2n = 62 , FN = 60) , Hipposideros armiger (2n =32 , FN = 60) , Ia io (2n = 50 , FN = 48) , Pipistrellus abramus (2n = 26 , FN = 44) , Nyctalus velutinus (2n = 36 , FN= 54) , and Tadarida teniotis (2n = 48 , FN = 62) . R. sinicus should be named as a species instead of a subspecies of R. rouxii . The karyotype of Ia io is reported for the first time.

摘要: 本文报道了四川地区7 种蝙蝠的核型。菊头蝠科2 种, 即角菊头蝠( Rhinolophus cornutus) 的核型为2n =62 , FN = 60 ; 栗黄菊头蝠( R. sinicus) 的核型为2n = 36 , FN = 60。蹄蝠科1 种, 即大蹄蝠( H. armiger) 的核型为2n = 32 , FN = 60。蝙蝠科3 种, 即伏翼( Pipistrellus abramns) 的核型为2n = 26 , FN = 44 ; 南蝠( Ia io) 的核型为2n = 50 , FN = 48 ; 山蝠( Nyctalus velutinus) 的核型为2n = 36 , FN = 50。犬吻蝠科的皱唇蝠( Tadarida teniotis) 的核型为2n = 48 , FN = 62。南蝠的核型为首次报道, 但栗黄菊头蝠的核型2n = 36 与安徽张维道报道相同, 而与印度和斯里兰卡同种R. rouxii 的核型2n = 56 迥异。分布在中国的栗黄菊头蝠R. sinicus 应为独立种而不是R. rouxii 的中国亚种。另5 种蝙蝠的核型与前人研究结论基本一致。
